Man is the only animal intelligent enough to be totally idiotic.
- R. Burdet
Sometimes in life, things change.
Let it be said that the idea was idiotic to begin with. Why would a juggler and a soprano decide, as fully consenting adults, to do a show together? In a court of law, of course, they might plead guilty for the sheer pleasure of it – or any other equally ridiculous defence. But never mind, the fact is they were infected with a stubborn desire to share their fantasy and folly. Despite their two diametrically opposed artistic backgrounds, their sensitivity and naiveté bring them innocently together.
And given the strength of their passion, they will work like mad to deliver a great show from beginning to end, despite numerous traps and challenges.
And if sometimes during their stunts they seem a bit idiotic, don’t be to quick to judge them. They’re just being human, after all.
